Afflicted by a calicivirus, poor Choupette has ulcers in her mouth that cause her pain when she eats...

1. She is struggling to feed herself...

Choupette is a young eight month old cat, suffering from calicivirus, a viral infection causing mouth ulcers. She was found dehydrated on the street and has since been placed with a foster family to receive the appropriate care.

2. Canned food would help her eat painlessly

Canned kitten food would be particularly beneficial for Choupette. Its soft and easy-to-swallow texture is perfect for her to eat without pain.

Rich in nutrients, such canned food would also help combat her dehydration. She would be able to regain energy and eat her fill daily, enabling her to grow into a healthy adult!

3. We are dealing with high veterinary expenses!

Despite a slightly improved financial situation, we quickly found ourselves facing significant veterinary expenses, as the number of cats requiring our attention stays high...

This situation is constantly testing our budget, requiring careful management to balance the essential care and financial requirements of our animal welfare charity!
